Assistant/Associate/Full - Psychologist
The Thompson Center for Autism and Neurodevelopmental Disorders and Department of Psychiatry in the School of Medicine at the University of Missouri-Columbia (MU), seeks psychologists for an Assistant/Associate/Full Professional Practice Professor faculty position.
The faculty member will work primarily full-time in the Thompson Center for Autism and Neurodevelopmental Disorders, which serves children with autism spectrum disorders (ASDs) and other neurodevelopmental conditions, and their families. The position may include the following: conducting psychological or neuropsychological assessments, providing intervention services, and conducting behavioral consultations, in many cases as part of an interdisciplinary team. Other responsibilities include the supervision of trainees, including pre-doctoral psychology interns and postdoctoral fellows, and participation in research activities. Qualifications:
- Doctoral degree in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology, or equivalent, from an APA-approved program.
- Completed postdoctoral training in child clinical psychology or pediatric psychology prior to the start date.
- At least one year of experience in an interdisciplinary ASD clinic and applicants who are research reliable on the ADOS-2 and/or ADI-R is preferred, but not required.
- Applicants must be licensed in the state of Missouri and fully credentialed through the MU Health System prior to the start date.
